When you go to the home page, you'll scroll down and see "Book Now" beside each coach. Choose your coach by clicking the "Book Now" beside their photo. If you aren't sure what coach to choose, still click "Book Now", let us know your needs in the comment section of the form and we will choose the best fit for you.
How Do I Pay For My Coaching Session and What Are The Fees?
Once you have clicked the "Book Now" button on the Home Page, You will be taken to the booking form. Fill out all of your information. Once Your coach accepts your appointment request, you'll get an automated confirmation text with a link to pay. Payments must be made prior to your appointment time. Please Reply (c) to confirm your appointment. Sessions that are not confirmed the morning of the appointment, may be cancelled in the system. You would then need to rebook your session online.

1 Hour sessions are $125
30 Min Sessions are $85
Creative Writing + Vocal Coaching (1.5 hours) $165
30 Min Youth Coaching $65
Virtual Studio Coaching $155 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. $60 For Every Our Over Booked Time.
15 Min Complimentary Vocal Assessment $FREE

Where Will My Session Be Held?
We are virtually based, so you can get interactive vocal training in the comfort of your own home, on the go, on set or wherever you are! Coaching sessions are done by Zoom. Once payment has been received you will receive your meeting link by email. Coaches are not permitted to log in if a payment has not been made.
What is Your Cancellation/ Return Policy?
We understand things may happen so we are open to rescheduling in the event of an emergency. Repeated missed sessions or reschedules may result in removal from our calendar at your coaches discretion. For Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are also not responsible for any order that is lost by the postal service. In the event of a lost package, you would need to file a claim with the postal service.For coaching session, Coaches have the right to terminate client relationship at their discretion.
When Should I Make My Payment?
Pay Per Session: Due by the morning of your scheduled appointment time but can be paid at the time of booking. A payment link is attached to your confirmation text or email.
Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are due by the 1st or 15th of each month. Payments are Late after the 3rd or 17th and a $35 late fee will be attached to the monthly invoice. Coaches are not permitted to log into sessions until after a payment is received. For Example: If your monthly appointment falls on the 1st of the month but a payment has not been received, you'll need to reschedule that appointment as missed. Once your monthly appointment is made, You'll be able to reschedule and resume sessions as usual.
